These cover the website. The work itself is governed by whatever we sign together — and that agreement always wins over anything written here.
01 Who these apply to
These terms apply to everyone who visits akforgelabs.com. The site is operated by AK Forge Labs, a sole proprietorship of Aryan Kansal, in India. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, stop using the site — that is the entire enforcement mechanism.
02 What this website is
It is marketing material describing services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a contract, or a binding commitment to deliver anything at a stated price or timeline.
Descriptions of engagements are indicative. "Two weeks", "fixed fee", "4–8 weeks" and similar terms describe how we typically work. What you actually get, by when, and for how much lives in a signed proposal — not on a marketing page.
03 Contacting us does not start anything
Submitting the contact form, booking a discovery call, or exchanging emails creates no contract and no obligation on either side. Work begins when a written proposal is agreed and any required advance is paid. Until then, both of us are free to walk away with nothing owed.
04 Intellectual property

The design, copy, code, logo and name of this website belong to AK Forge Labs. Do not reproduce or republish them without written permission. Linking to us is always welcome and needs no permission at all.
Yours
For client work, ownership transfers to you. Code, infrastructure, documentation and credentials live in accounts you own from day one, exactly as the site says. The specifics are set out in each engagement agreement.
What you send us
Anything you put in the contact form, you confirm you have the right to send. Do not send confidential material before an NDA is in place — the form is ordinary email, not a secure channel. If you need one, ask and we will sign one first.
05 Acceptable use
Do not:
- Use the contact form for spam, bulk outreach, or automated submissions.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, mirror or republish the site's content.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with anyone else using it.
We may block access for any of the above. Responsible security research is welcome — if you find something, email aryan@akforgelabs.com before disclosing it, and we will not come after you.
06 Availability
We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice. It is a marketing site — nothing you depend on runs on it.
07 Third-party links
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control or endorse what is on the other end, and we are not responsible for it.
08 Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or lost business arising from your use of the site.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for actual client work is addressed in the engagement agreement, not here.
09 Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11 Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
